Villa Ander is located near the the highly popular Kervansaray beach The beach is a beautiful secluded bay in Karaoğlanoğlu, close to Merit Park. Here you can come for a relaxing time with friends or enjoy some more activties such as water sports and scuba diving. Changing rooms are available on the beach as well as a beach bar for some thirst quenching drinks in the hot sun. The restaurant here offers many types of cuisines and some of the best sunsets in Cyprus can be viewed from here.

Close to the main drag that runs all the way through to Kyrenia with its beautiful harbour. There are restaurants and beaches all along this road.

Travel:

The Villa is located approx. 40 minutes from Ercan Airport or 1 Hour 20 minutes from Larnaca International Airport. Flights from most UK airports via Istanbul to Ercan (1 hour stopover minimum, generally) Airport pick up & car hire can be arranged if required

Distances:

There are local supermarkets only a short distance away. The beaches run right along the coast road, with local buses stopping all the time. A car may be advisable.

In Kyrenia there is a splendid Venetian harbour, around which are many restaurants and bars. It is said to be the prettiest harbour in the Mediterranean

as per the UK Government Travel advice preventing them from traveling will get back

100% of the amount that they've paid.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If booked direct with Villabook the following cancellation policy applies:

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check in will be loss of deposit.

If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check in they will get 50% refunded.

After this no refund.
