A deposit secures your booking and is non refundable unless the UK Government advises against travel due to Covid-19 restrictions as below:

COVID FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

In the event of you cancelling your reservation the following charges will apply.

Due to Covid-19 we understand the changing world we are now living in.

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in due to Covid-19 Restrictions

as per the UK Government Travel advice preventing them from traveling will get back

100% of the amount that they've paid.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If booked direct with Villabook the following cancellation policy applies:

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check in will be loss of deposit.

If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check in they will get 50% refunded.

After this no refund.

If you book via one of our partner website e.g. AirBNB, VRBO, Trip Advisor, the cancellation policy advertised on their website applies, as you pay to them and agree

terms and conditions on their sites, which differ from site to site.

Electricity

An allowance of electric is included in the price of the villa. Any over usage will be deducted from the deposit at 35p per unit .

This is to stop people leaving the air con running all day long and the doors open.

A meter reading is taken on arrival you can keep a check on your usage at the meter.
