Villabook Booking Conditions

BOOKING

Villabook is the booking agent on behalf of the Owner Based in North Cyprus.

A booking form must be completed by a party member , and who will then be deemed as the primary contact for all persons shown on the form.

For instant bookings the form is sent after the booking for completion. This ensures we have all your details for your stay.

Please return this immediately to Villabook if you haven’t yet booked flights please send over with TBA on the form.

To avoid cancellation of your booking we must be in receipt of the booking form PASSPORT

A copy of the passport of the lead name passenger is required for all confirmed bookings. This is a security requirement in the TRNC .

BOOKING DEPOSIT

25% of rental cost. This secures the dates of the villa requested .

SECURITY DEPOSIT

£500.00 payable 2 weeks before arrival.

This will be refunded once management confirm no unreasonable damage to house or contents or excessive use of electricity

ELECTRICITY.

Rental prices include an allowance for electricity of Specified units per day. Any units used in excess of this figure will be charged at a cost of 25p per unit.

Readings will be taken prior to your arrival and on your departure with any excess charge taken from the security deposit.

Air conditioning units can use up electric we advise guests to use wisely and not to leave running while out. You can keep a check on your consumption when shown the meter and reading on arrival.

FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

In the event of you cancelling your reservation the following charges will apply.

Due to Covid 19 we understand the changing world we are now living in

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in

Will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid.

If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in,

They will get back 50%.

INSURANCE

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance. Our insurance covers our home and contents but does not cover any loss or damage to your personal items.

AMENDMENTS

Alterations to a confirmed booking can sometimes be made at the owners' discretion and the client's request. Please confirm changes in writing. ACCOMMODATION

Villa occupancy is limited to a maximum number of guests as advertised. ARRIVAL Some villas are hard to find here in North Cyprus with few road names street lights and no Sat nav

We offer a Taxi Transfer service who know the Villas, also Car Hire service delivered to the villa.

Please note if you decide to arrange your own cars from the south side cars are not allowed to cross the border. We can provide you a map co-ordinates to find the villa.

Villabook are not responsible for getting you to the villa if you make your own arrangements.

ACCESS

To the villa is normally after 1600 hrs on the day of arrival, and guests are asked to vacate the villa by 10.00 am to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive. The key safe code is issued 7 days before departure by email and text SAFETY Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of young children, especially in the pool and its surrounding area. Please take care on the tiled areas inside and outside the home, as these can be slippery when wet.

INSECTS

In Northern Cyprus are a fact of life. Keeping doors and windows closed, will help keep out biting insects and other bugs.

PETS / ANIMALS

Pets Animals are NOT allowed in the property.

LIABILITY

The owners, or management company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of personal effects, personal accidents, injury, illness, or death.

FORCE MAJEURE

The owners, or owner's agent, cannot be held responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions, interruption of electricity or water supplies or other events beyond our control). In the event of a breakdown of any equipment in the home or swimming pool please notify the management company immediately. MANAGEMENT

Not all villas are managed by Villabook some owners have their own management people or some live here and manage their own Villas. The point of contact on arrival will be in the villa for you to make direct contact.
